The Blue Peacock in Branson is a pure delight! The phenomenal location is only two blocks from The Landing shopping district & two blocks off Hwy 76! House has been completely renovated and is adorable. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, smart TV's in the living room, & both bedrooms. Free Wifi, a private patio off the master that has a two-person hot tub & a fully equipped kitchen & laundry! You will love this house! Fantastic views of the downtown lights & Starbucks and a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance!

We overall really enjoyed our stay. The property was cute and had excellent decor, bedding etc. very clean and had plenty of amenities. They had complimentary shampoo and conditioner as well. They is a problem with ants though, but the owner is trying to fix with exterminator and traps. Very responsive and kind owner. We did enjoy our stay.

Girls weekend

This was a nice place to stay. The only problem we had was ants in the hall bathroom, and the hall bathroom shower which had problems not spraying water everywhere (shower head is partially blocked by shelving too). I did try to let the owner know on our last day in the rental as I would also want to be told of issues like this, but never got a response. We ended up all using the master bathroom for the duration of our trip. Otherwise, the rental was just as shown online.

Property was great! The walk to the landing is a smidge tricky until you get to the main road, but very doable. Kitchen is small but worked well for breakfast and a few lunches at the property. Parking and checkin were great!

Good place for the location

Home was nice for the location of it. Short walk to the shopping center or downtown. However, we were looking forward to the hot tub. But it was barely warm around 90 degrees bathtub was warmer. Initially house smelled like an older non used home. We had to light a few candles and it was okay. Good parking in th back though for larger vehicles or trailer like us we brought our sxs.

Great little getaway

Cozy little house, chilly in the back bedroom/bathroom, but when you're only sleeping back there it's not a big deal! Loved the gas fireplace in the living room, it warmed the house up nicely. Close walk to everything from food to shopping! Hot tub was an added bonus!

Great location for a Branson visit

We had a lovely getaway after dropping our son off at college. The house was as described. Old yet updated, this house was perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no dishwasher though.

Cute Cottage in Branson

Cute, comfortable and cozy cottage in Branson. Perfect for my husband and I! Within walking distance of attractions, shopping and restaurants! Unfortunately, motor went out on hot tub so we didn’t get to enjoy that. Janet did inform us before our arrival date and apologized. She always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great Sister Trip

My younger sister and I took a 3-day trip to Branson and enjoyed the Blue Peacock very much. It is close to most Branson shopping and shows yet feels quiet and private. Our only suggestion is that a little more attention needs to be paid to cleaning the outdoor deck area. It was obvious that the furniture and decking had not been cleaned recently, so that should be addressed in order to make that area more inviting. Other than that, though, this little house makes a great vacation getaway and a comfortable place to hang out between Branson excursions. We loved it!

Nice location

Need to fix toilets they both run all the time. Maybe spray for ants and spiders. Enjoyed our stay and great location. Be back around Christmas season hopefully house is available.

Branson weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Peacock. It is a very small 2 bed, 2 bath, but was exactly what we needed. If you are planning to cook, there is very little counter space. The house is newly remodeled, except one bath. It is located close to downtown Branson, but is on a very quiet street. Very comfortable!

LOCATION WORTH EVERY PENNY

This is an older house, but it's clean and provides a nice stay close to everything. Not tic was clean and perfect for two. This is just a few minutes walk from the landing and basically right on main street. Host is responsive and pleasant to work with and provides a lot of items most don't. That was a nice surprise!

Tv night mare!

While this was a cute place close to many things I was disappointed. Spent 15 minutes trying to get the key out of an old lockbox system. Inside stayed cold and the tv worked about 15% of the time we were there. While owner was responsive, issues were not resolved.
