Des tâches sur un tapis si sale qui est absolument dégueulasse, des petits insectes blancs dans le placard , des fourmis partout à la salle de bains, le frigo ne fonctionne pas, pas de climatisation, le parking est payant et on doit résérver (on ne l'averti pas mais on vous annoce que le parking est complet dès que vous recevez la……

“The welcome was warm and our information was found immediately. There was plenty of parking. The room was spotlessly clean and breakfast had a variety of foods and was in a clean, well organised dining area. The location was excellent for us to explore the region. Staff were unfailingly helpful.”

“Mein Zimmer A405 war schön und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof von Le Havre. Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, und der Strand von Le Havre ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ich hatte an der Rezeption nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und konnte keinen Lärm wahrnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, besonders wenn es Probleme gibt. Nach dem Auschecken kann man sein Gepäck in einem Schließfach abstellen. Danke Sophie für dein……

“The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back.”
