“We had a great stay at the Palm (1 night).
Location is excellent, right along the main street facing the water. Several restaurants and shops nearby (including restaurant and bar in the Palm). Nearby activities such as the walk around and up the little mountain, and strolling the promenade. Was about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

“The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)”

“We got there early and understandably couldn’t check in early, but the man behind the desk didn’t help us with our bags and just watched as we struggled to get them into an unlocked room. Overall the staff was pretty unhelpful. No rooms have AC and our room was facing the ocean, which was beautiful, but when we got into our room it was HOT and no one bothered to open the window to let in fresh air. There was also no refrigerator in the room, or even an ice machine in the whole hotel. We had to……
