“Siamo arrivati in albergo alle 2 del mattino. Il giovane alla reception ci è venuto ad aprire la porta e si è subito prodigato per darci una camera. Purtroppo Hotels.com non aveva comunicato alla struttura che noi s'era già pagato oer la notte. Il giovane, nonostante non avesse la certezza amministrativa del pagamento ha capito la nostra situazione e ci ha dato una bellissima camera, grande, comoda e silenziosa. Questa mattina dopo ka colazione ci hanno detto che tutto era regolare e che tutti……

“Booked three rooms - all were nice but one in particular had floor to ceiling window with views over the lough. Mentioned that my daughter was graduating and a congratulations message was left in her room which was a lovely touch. Used the open top bus to get around on one day and Ubers the rest of the stay as it’s not really a pleasant walk into the city centre. Very convenient for the titanic experience. Have stayed elsewhere other visits to Belfast and would say that the welcome and staff……

“I absolutely love it here, I stay whenever I’m back in Northern Ireland. Hillsborough is a gorgeous village, not far at all from Belfast. Arthur’s is a lovely hotel, right in the heart of town and walking distance from some great restaurants and bars. The rooms are stunning! Beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Breakfast is also great. I will always choose to stay here whenever I’m over :)”

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”
