Westchester Marriott

8/10 Good
"Stayed here several times, good location, courtyard was pleasant for an evening rest, staff was helpful. Controlling the room temp was an issue and the fan wouldn't turn off. Staff had an engineer solve the problem when we were out for the day. If this weren't an issue, I'd give it a 5 star review."

10/10 Excellent
"I spent 2 nights there and the service and room were really great. We had booked the studio suite with 1 king bed and had a little living area. We were so pleased as we walked in, we were on the 11th floor and had a beautiful view of the city from our 3 windows. The room was clean and very spacious for a hotel in New York. Also located near 2 subway stations so getting around was easy. The room doesn't have a kettle or stocked mini fridge but we had a fridge that we stocked with our own food and we were able to get a cup of boiling water every night for our tea. The courtyard is beautiful and very practical if you want to work, eat or just hang there. The service was lovely, very helpful too. I had forgotten my toothbrush and they gave me one and a toothpaste. There is a nightly service fee of 25$ but it was redeemable for 2 items of your choice per night. We could choose cocktails, drinks, chips, snacks, pastries or coffees so this was really practical and we definitely made use of it. I would definitely recommend!"
