"I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh well" feeling about our stay. That said the hotel is unique and appears to be a repurposed industrial building with very interesting and minimalist decor. It was clean both in our room as well as the common areas. The Hyatt is conveniently located and appears to be the only upscale hotel in the area."

"Great location right off the exit, older hotel, older furniture. Rug was new. Check in was fast, professional. They told me what I needed to know, where to park, wifi, breakfast pass. Breakfast is hot! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Everything worked. AC was QUIET. 😊 Shower head was awesome. Good value for the money. Cons: pillowcases smelled like mildew. Car wash across the street is loud at times. Still, I'd stay there again."

"We stayed 5 days but were not in the room except to sleep. It was clean and we appreciated the walk in shower. The hot breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs and bacon and was acceptable. The veggie omelet was dry and no one likes turkey sausage. The pancakes came out thin as crepes. The price per night could have had better food selections."

"The hotel is very decent, don't wait to get a 5 ⭐ Star, but the location is wonderful, the Palisades Mall is right across the street. A gas station right next to the hotel. If you drive 10 minutes down the route 59 you will be in Nanuet, where there's another mall plus in route 59 in Nanuet plenty of stores, If I have to say something I didn't like is only that they don't have an iron for my wrinkles clothes jajaja."

"We came for a graduation and enjoyed our stay at 206 Grand St this past weekend. Though it is an older building, the history is interesting, the location for us was perfect and it is a spacious, clean and comfortable place for two (and probably more). Maria is an attentive host who anticipates her guests’ needs and is very available should her guests need assistance. This apartment is a second floor walk up so may not be the best for those with disabilities or mobility issues. However there is a first floor apartment that would be easier to access. We would stay here again."

NYC-Area Escape Near River, Trails & MTA!

"We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"Apartment was eclectic and charming. Host was ready to help me in the morning when I couldn’t figure out the coffee pot. So kind of him. Some areas of apartment were neglected, the stairs were dirty and spider webs in the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. The last day of my stay I had to use the air conditioner. The big loud unit spoiled the solitude of the apartment."
