“July 17-July 20th 2025The property was wonderful. The room was as described, clean, stocked and welcoming. The host communication was amazing and accommodating when I was late arriving also concerned which was so sweet! Everything was picture perfect, comfortable, quiet and secure. I slept amazingly well to have been away from your familiarity. I would stay again and again if the opportunity presents itself! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful space with me!! ”

“A nice long weekend beach getaway with family. House had everything we needed, was very clean and neat and everyone had their own space too. Our host was very responsive when I messaged him. Lots of places to shop and eat and the beach is super close! Thank you for a great place to stay for a really nice long weekend with my family. We will be back!”

Place is truly AMAZING!! our kids loved the Low tide so much Ocean To explore!! “A wonderful beach bungalow in a fantastic location!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The outdoor space was an added bonus!! We enjoyed dining alfresco and relaxing in front of the fireplace!! Tiffany was a perfect host and always available if we had any questions. We would love to come back to this sweet beach bungalow!!!”

“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens).
