“The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.”

“This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony....

“This is just a glorified old ski condo bedroom. There's a microwave in the fridge but no dishes and no utensils. The rug going into the bathroom is pulled away from the floor and if you step on it with bare feet you get rug tacks in your toes. There's only a single door between the next unit and you can hear everything their TV their conversations. The sliding door barely works you really have to fight with it to open and close it. I would not recommend this place.”
