“This hotel had a kitchen, which was very convenient. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and buses, yet it was very quiet, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if they could hold our luggage, but they told us the room was already ready and kindly allowed us to check in early. “羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything……

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“This was the perfect location for my vacation to see as much of paris as possible. Near public transit, blocks from Louvre and Notre Dame. The studio appartment had refrigerator, microwave, hotplate and all necessary kitchen ware. The biggest downside was an issue with internet, but it eventually was resolved. Studio had full size bed that was very comfortable, or maybe i was exhausted every night. Highly recommend for one or two travelers. ”

“There was five flights upstairs and the stairs are super slippery. I slipped because of this and cracked my skull open and ripped my ear and two pieces. The carpet on the stairs is unsafe would not recommend.”

“Lovely cute apartment, perfect for couples or a family/friends of 3/4 max. Close to a local supermarket and restaurants. Location was perfect, close to metro station and close enough to walk to some major attractions, if youre wanting to get your steps in! I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay for a mini break!”
