A good suggestion would be to hire friendlier staff . I found them to be very rude. Gave no helpful information. The maids never came to our room to see if we needed trash thrown or if we needed towels. I had to go request them. And we were there for more than one night. Shouldn't they have came on my second day. Also need handicap paved to come into the side doors. M

On a road trip, When we arrived, I found out I mistakenly made our reservation for the following night. The manager went out of her way and accommodated us with a nice room. Kudos for going above and beyond my expectations!

Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. They have a very cute speakeasy in the basement good food, pleasant staff other than the one at the front desk who seems incompetent.
