“Overall, a waste of space. Charged more than quoted; the listed pool has been out of service for probably years, and the clerk said it was listed as such on Expedia (it was not and is not); ceiling fan so close to window it’s actually cutting the drapes in two, and the light must be on to use, which doesn’t serve a purpose at night; room was 90 degrees when we arrived. Took 4 hours to get the room to a temp I wasn’t sweating. Stay away.”

“Very large room with comfy bed! Air conditioner worked great! The front desk was extremely helpful. Very nice hotel that I will definitely stay at again!”

“Booked a room that sleeps 5 with a roll away bed. After I arrived they do not have roll away beds. Suggested that all 3 of my older teen boys would fit on the twin size pull out chair bed. Did not have enough blankets either for all 3 of my boys to have a blanket either. Did not have any type of compensation for not having a room that slept 5 like I booked.”

“I was very pleased with the suite we had. The room was nicely lit with several choices in the room. The shower/ tub assistance bars were a great touch. The maintenance personnel was very helpful as were all employees there. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.”

“The blind in the room was torn. No conditioner in the shower and the water pressure was terrible. On a positive side the bed was comfortable”
