This is not my first time stay in this location. Overall I will say good except the bathroom condition. A lot of of water damage at the baseboard moulding , the seal around the shower need to be finished properly.

Staff was friendly, greeted you with a smile and a hello every time you walked into the lobby. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and clean. Close to all kinds of amenities.

Beautiful Downtown Edmonton Hotel, excellent Comfort of Beds, Great limited food Menu at premium prices, fantastic Scenery from Outdoor Terrace of Gardens and River Valley River, central Downtown has too many Homeless & Drug Addicts that during night and day are a spoiler that takes away a good feeling. We have decided not to stay in the Central Downtown Edmonton City until improvement. Nice Hotel to experience once, but we will not book again.

All things being equal… Chateau Lacombe is very good value for your money! It is an older property… Many parts of the building in rooms are quite old: Arborite, bathroom counter, etc., very small, televisions, Our room was quite stinky from smoke… Even though we were one that we would be charged $300 if we smoke there… Which we didn’t Parking is good… but cost $25 extra All of this said, to get a hotel for less than 150 bucks in downtown Edmonton in the middle of summer I thought it was pretty good! Staff was cheerful and helpful enough🙂

The property was in walking distance to many restaurants and other amenities. The space was clean, quiet and comfortable. The snacks and bottled water provided by the host was a nice touch. We would definitely consider booking here again. Thank you, Miles and John for a great stay!
