Nice, modern and clean hotel with convinient underground parking (which was free, although the staff initially wanted to charge for it, but said "you are lucky the gates are malfunctioning and open without paying"). Room was nice, big, clean and modern.

The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, elevated and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities. We would highly recommend Radisson the National Brussels. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable stay!

I cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing and all the staff were amazing.

Cannot fault this accommodation! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of choice. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Very peaceful location. Great views across the lake and golf course, got to see wildlife roaming around too. Wonderful facilities including the spa. Highly recommend!

I felt the property description was very misleading. Amenities include free valet parking; however, you have to pay 22 Euros a day to park your car. In addition, you have to wait on the front desk to have time to get your car.

Zeer slechte service van het personeel. Wij mochten de credits die wij hadden als vip member van Expedia niet inzetten, zoals 20 euro aan eten/drinken, later uitchecken. Zij gaven aan dat de 20 euro was gebruikt door hun voor de kamer upgrade. Laadpunten voor de auto waren alleen in het betaalde gedeelte van de gym, wij werden niet geattendeerd op de laadpunten bij de bijbehorende appartementen waar wij en gratis konden parkeren en de auto op konden laden. Later uitchecken kon alleen als we lid werden van de radisson club, wat ik niet heb gedaan. Als je geld meebrengt naar deze locatie wordt je met alle egards behandeld, maar niet als je maar gewoon bent.
