“Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and……

Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. “The place is clean but could do with some updating. Lack of plug sockets. We were on the top floor and the lift was still not working from earlier reviews. The cleaners dont enter your room unless you request a change of towels or bed sheets that there is a small charge for. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great spot for getting around krakow and was quite at night. Would recommend for anyone doing a few days visiting as it's location really is good once you……

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“Overall good, room is big and clean. Very convenient as it is located in the old town, and close to main station and tram station. Only pity is the miscommunication that when I book the room, I saw washing machine in the profile. Once arrival, staffs said it is by request. ”
