Excellent location and fantastic staff who were able to support us and give us advice on what we could do around the city. A tad noisy on the evenings but with the location this is to be expected; this died down later and did not disrupt our sleep. Weren’t able to find the remote for the air con/heater system which I would say was the only downside. The cafe where you eat for breakfast offers superb food. Their staff are also very friendly. It’s a short 3 minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again.

The hotel was immaculately clean, cosy, and comfy when we went in December for the Christmas market. The staff was really attentive and accommodating. Particularly when they gave me a card and a bottle of vodka liqueur as a birthday surprise. They were really helpful and gracious in getting us a room for the additional night after the poor weather in the UK forced the cancellation of our return flight. The next time we visit Krakow, we will without a doubt make a reservation there.
