The beds weren’t very clean, when we entered the room our duvet already had other people’s hair on. Also, at the end of our stay they charged us for 4 things in the mini bar that we NEVER touched. We didn't even open the mini bar, but when we told the staff, they were extremely unhelpful. They need to change their process of checking what room has had what. If you stay here just be wary about them over charging you. However, there is no quality-price relation. 3 nights for 320 USD, I find it expensive for what we got in return. No breakfast included. The breakfast per person was 15 euro... no variety at all. The room had 2 giant spiders on the roof which we had to kill. That speaks for itself... that there is no cleaning at all. The shower did not have a curtain... so every time you took a shower the floor was completely wet. Common sense to put a curtain, right? It's no more than 5 euro. In the room next to ours there was an annoying kid who screamed all day and all night... Internet good. Receptionist kind. Bed comfortable. I would pay around 50-60 euro per night, not 100 euro. And the pictures you see in Hotels.com are not accurate. Those rooms do not even exist.
