Set within an exclusive complex, this lovingly restored former barn retains many original features and shares with the other properties a wealth of indoor and outdoor leisure activities. Although it is situated within peaceful Cornish countryside, the popular sandy beach of Widemouth Bay is just two miles away, while the nearest town, Bude, is just an eight-minute drive. Here visitors will find a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, as well as many leisure facilities such as a golf course, swimming pool, sea fishing, award-winning beaches and coastal walks. It’s also perfectly placed to explore further afield both Cornwall to the west and south, and Devon to the east.

As you enter the property, you will be greeted by an entrance hall, which features an adjoining cloakroom with WC. On the ground floor guests will also find an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The spacious lounge features a TV with Netflix/DVD as well as French doors, opening out onto the garden. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate dining room makes every meal an occasion, while it also features a TV and a reading corner perfect for relaxing in. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, which both have vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. One is a double with TV/DVD and an en-suite shower room with WC, while the other is a twin bedroom with a TV/DVD. Adjacent to the twin bedroom is a bathroom, which features a bath with shower attachment and a WC. The property also enjoys an indoor tennis court, shared with the other properties onsite. Electric, central heating and Wi-Fi are all included with the accommodation, as are bed linen and towels.

Outside of the property is an enclosed garden which features both a lawn and a patio area, along with garden furniture. Here guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding views of the countryside. There is also immediate access from the garden down to the adjacent woodland and fishing lakes, which guests are free to enjoy during their stay. Shared with the other properties in the complex are a range of outdoor leisure facilities: river trout fishing, a kite flying field and a woodland walk.
