The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in both directions, and the nearby wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve has some lovely wildlife and scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and family days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties.
Step inside this fabulous coastal home and you will find that the accommodation immediately opens into a beautifully light and spacious open-plan living area. Here comfortable sofas are arranged around a warming wood burner in front of a Smart TV/DVD, and this provides the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Also included in this great sociable space is a lovely relaxed dining area plus a set of French doors leading to outside meaning that you can dine alfresco with ease during warm weather. Venturing towards the rear of the property you will then discover the beautiful bedrooms, both lovingly fitted and furnished in a fresh contemporary style. These are also conveniently located on the same level as the living space which makes this property a great option for all ages. The first bedroom offers a king size bed, and the second twin single beds, and sat to the side of these rooms is a spacious bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.
Venturing outside you will discover a generously proportioned tiered lawn garden which wraps around the property and offers various seating areas with garden furniture. There is also a small enclosed area with pebble chippings which is perfect for a pet to roam. Further to this guests also benefit from access to a lockable garage which can be used for storing bikes etc. and a number of well-kept communal green areas in the vicinity.
