The worst experience with my family. Arrived to the property and as soon as we entered the lobby, flies were everywhere inside the lobby. Took about 15min for the front desk agent to show up after ringing the bell multiple times, finally gave us our room and there was NO AC… there was also a bunch of cholos in the pool with loud music and looked scary for my kids, so we decided to leave immediately. We went down to the front desk and there were two other guests complaining about NOT having AC in their rooms also and the noise in the courtyard. We requested a full refund and they said no??? Worst experience ever, BEWARE of this property. STAY AWAY!!

I checked in 7/20/24 late after going to Knott’s berry farm. When I entered my room I immediately noticed there was roaches in the room. A/C was broken couldn’t change settings. Room was freezing. I had to leave the window open just so it wouldn’t be so cold. I went to the office to ask for a change of room or refund. I was informed that the were full booked so they couldn’t change me room. And as for a refund I was told management wasn’t available. The lady took my information and would pass it on to management. Nobody has contacted me yet. I have sent them a email waiting to hear back. Save yourself the stress don’t stay here.

Place has so much potential, they just need management to care and clean up the place, fix the elevators, fix locks on doors, fresh paint, TV in the living area would be nice, good size room and close to Knott’s but they need to work on a lot of hotel details to make it a great place you actually want to come back to.

It was a lovely surprised the outdoor scenario, the palms. Pool area. Very beautiful. We got housekeeping services everyday. Beds made, clean towels. The rooms are VERY spacious. Even for a 2 queen bed room. Its big. Unfortunately, alot of it is out dated. The fridge, microwave, bathroom. It definitely needs alot of updates. There was no continental breakfast. The location is a great area.

The place needed update, unable to find any staff. Room Services came to clean, but only came by to take the towel. Nothing was clean or replaced. Everything needs an improvement. Overall it an ok place to stay.

We booked king bed with sofa bed for 2 adults 1 kid, arrived with NO BEDDING, NO BLANKET, NO PILLOWS for the sofa bed. Front desk (Maria) told me SHE CAN'T HELP ME, GO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW TO COMPLAIN. SLEEP WITHOUT BLANKET, CAUSE SHE HAS NO BLANKETS. After I contacted Expedia agent, agent called the front desk and she immediately said she will deliver blankets pillows to our room in a few minutes, but after 1 hour, at midnight, she finally delivered TO THE WRONG ROOM. We drove a long day and really want to go to bed, finally she found our room and gave us the blanket. However, the next day after we came back to the room, the blanket was GONE, along with 2 pillows that we had in the room when we checked and towls we used. Now we had no towels and no blanket for Day 2. I wanted to cancel day 2, but they will not give me my money back. This has been one of the worse hotel serives I have ever experienced. The room is also dated, the bathroom door can't shut all the way, no TV in the living room area. Electric outlet has no cover, the front door is glass with shutters, but shutters kept opening on its own, had to jam a paper to keep it shut or eveyone walks by can see into our room. We also got stuck in the elevator on the right, the door would not open when we reached 3rd floor.

Hotel staff are not that friendly. Un-ready and unprofessional attitude. They do not accommodate for extra pillows and bedding items are limited. Expect to wait for extra items to become available. Who offers a 5th person room and not provide enough beddings for the pull out bed. Its not a bad location, although they need to work with their customer skills.
