The breakfast ends at 9 which is ridiculous but it was a good hotel.

There was a lot I did NOT like, beginning with the poor lighting in the room. I actually needed a flashlight during the daytime because there were only 1 floor lamp, 1 desk lamp and the light in the bathroom. When we asked the front desk about getting an extra lamp we were told that was not possible. Changing rooms was not possible because the are all the same. Turning on the light in the bathroom meant you had to listen to the fan run constantly and it provided no light for the room. The light bulbs in the lamps were 25 watt lamps. While pets are allowed, this is not a pet friendly environment. There was not a single blade of anywhere, no place to walk the dog, no pet stations. The flower beds were filled with rock, so there was only hardscape available for the dog. Getting a bucket of ice required walking all the way down the hallway, getting on the elevator and going all the way to the opposite end of the hallway to find the only ice machine on the property! Then, it was all the way back down the hallway, down the elevator, and all the way back to the room. Seriously? Only ONE ice machine for the entire hotel??? Another problem was the television. There was no TV Guide station, and the TV listings only gave the channel number without identifying what the channel was. The only way to find out what was on TV was to go channel by channel and try to figure out what the show was. This was NOT a property deserving the high rating it was given.
