"No amenities. Only bar soap and towel. No Kleenex , no coffee pot, no cups for water...not even in the office. Tub spigot broken. One bed mattress on floor, no frame. Thank goodness I only needed it for one night."

"Overall, everything was excellent. From booking, to arriving and checking out/leaving. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I had to rate anything on the low side, the comfort of one it the bedrooms upstairs I was told was a little uncomfortable."

"Amazing place to stay for riding at Sabine ATV Park if you don’t want to stay on site.Check in/check out was a breeze! The house is beautiful and very clean.! The front porch.. to die for when drinking coffee in the mornings.! Showers were nice and refreshing after a long day of riding! Enough parking ..."
