"The property itself was functional, clean and comfortable, however, I was provided with a room in the basement directly above the underground, so noise from that prevented me from getting to sleep and woke me much earlier than I would like. There was also significant traffic noise late into the evenings from the busy road outside (sirens, motorbikes, cars with noisy exhausts, etc.)."

"The bed linens had some sort of small red/brown stains on the pillowcases and top sheet. Perhaps the cleaners nicked their hands. Regardless we were unimpressed with the cleanliness of the bedding, and the staff were unresponsive to our requests for new linens. The only elevator was not functional from the first floor.
