"The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. We couldn't have a thsked for a more gracious host than Brad. The proximity of the house to Lake Sumner Landing was OK, making it a convenient spot for our activities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all we needed were groceries to feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this property."

"I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also."

"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares.
