"My grown daughters and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Alaska to visit my son who lives up there. He recommended the area, and the location was a perfect base for traveling to see different sights. We had trouble with the door code a couple of times, probably user error! But the host always responded right away. The place is really well stocked - we stopped at a grocery store before checking in, but should have waited to see what was there. The fridge and pantry had all the basics and more. There is a hot tub on the deck which was really nice, and exceptional views from the decks as well. The place was very clean and we enjoyed each having our own bedroom. We couldn't figure out the gas freestanding stove in the living area, so instructions on that would have been helpful, but there were operating instructions for other things at the property. It was located in what I would call a country subdivision, but it was quiet and still felt very private. We didn't see or hear much from neighbors. Kitchen was fun to cook in, wifi worked well, laundry worked, beds were super comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Great stay, we really enjoyed it!!"

"We travel often and this is one of our Top 5 places we’ve stayed to date. The location is PRIME and the cabin itself is absolutely perfect. It is stocked with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The views from straight from the sofa make you want to stay right there the whole trip, but after a long day of trails and hiking, the hot tub was the real treat! The host is extremely friendly and easy to connect with for anything that’s needed. We will definitely be back to stay on our next trip next summer."

"I LOVED this little unit! The accommodation itself was cute and clean and offered a variety of amenities in the kitchen and bedroom areas. The family games and a portable fan were an added bonus! We arrived late in the evening, so I did not want to bother our host with a couple of issues we encountered. There were only two bath towels, which wouldn't have been a problem, however, they smelled musty. There were no wash cloths available. Not a big deal.Kind of a funny story, but we were reclining on the bed, watching tv and noticed a spider on the ceiling above our heads. We knocked it down with the swipe of a baseball cap and couldn’t locate it after. I didn't want to sleep with it in the bed, so we pulled the covers and sheets to look for it. When we pulled the top sheet down, there was a splotch of white residue on the under side of the sheet. As I mentioned, we did not message the host because of the time of night and simply slept on top of the sheet. Other than the linens and towel situation, we felt safe and secure and enjoyed the decor and amenities available."

"After staying at 2 other places on our trip, this home was such a treat. The spacious living room and large dining table made it a comfortable space to come home to each night after traveling. The kitchen is well stocked so we had no problems making family meals here. I did not see a home gym area but perhaps I confused this home with another listing. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again."
