“We only stayed here for one night, on our way back to Belfast to return home from our tour of Ireland.
The hotel looked a bit rundown from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, bright reception area and a welcoming receptionist. Our room was ready, so she let us check in an hour early and we went to have a look at our room.

“The location is stunning as it overlooks a lake. But it desperately needs: a concierge type person who has knowledge of local sites of interest: can deal wth any requests for transportation, and can generally help guests with luggage as they enter and leave the premises. Catering structure needs a review as there can be long delays being served especially for breakfast in the morning. It might help to have a manager who is overseeing the service and can review and makes changes that might be……
