The bed had so many stains, there was a brown streak in the bathtub, the toilet paper was basically empty when arrived, the lock on the door was tough, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the AC turned off in the middle of the night. It didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in at all and my brother told me that he seen insects in the muffins.

Extremely thin walls & heard every step from floor above. Old air conditioning sounds like a jet taking off with occasional bangs as it shuts on & off. Upon arrival, we found the sheets so dirty that there was still a lipstick stain on 1 bed & remnants of a string cheese wrapper in the other. Looking at numerous other reviews, they clearly have a pattern of not changing sheets between customers. The floors also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time. We didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot our entire stay. Despite Expedias description, there was no microwave or coffee maker in the room or entire property. There are no vending machines or lobby. There wasn’t a single hook to hang our towels to dry, let alone clothing. Only toiletries were 1 shampoo & 1 lotion. No hairdryer so we had to go buy one. Bed comfort was average. Pillows were terrible quality and only a thin blanket on each bed. Floor, especially in bathroom, had soft spots that’s concerning for subflooring issues. Overall, it was the quality of an old rundown motel with subpar DIY renovations, like the sink sitting on a handmade frame of rough wood. Each day, the family that seems to own/run the motel sat outside doing nothing. Yet, the state of the motel & the cleanliness issues persist. We stayed 2 days & didn’t see them clean a single room. Many similar reviews and mgmt says they’ll “pass it on to make improvements” but they don’t seem serious about changing. Too much $ for quality/cleanlines.

Absolutely disgusting- the smell hit me when I walked up the front desk. Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS. Stains on the bedspread, stains in the tub, scuffs and stains on the toilet seat, the list goes on and on. I’m not a snob by any means and I’ve stayed in plenty of roadside motels, but this was over the top. It was beyond clear the room was cleaned completely half assed and the sheets weren’t changed. The bathroom smelled of the previous guests. My wife and I picked our bags up and left within 10 minutes.
