"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with full kitchen washing machine R and ample storage and had some of the best views in Venice right from your windows. "The apartment is in a wonderful area away from the tourist crowds. It was easy to walk everywhere or catch a vaporetto. The area around the apartment had some restaurants, a small supermarket, fruit/vegetable stand, cheese shop and coffee bar. The apartment itself was large and had balconies overlooking a Canal. A great place to stay !"

"The loft apartment was as described. It was clean, the bed comfortable, and pillows were good. The place is very quiet! The kettle was appreciated for morning coffee. There was a notebook with wifi info, and a page of info on trash & recycling. Very particular instructions. We recycle as well, but there were many instructions. We took trash out and put in bins daily, but did leave some in receptacle the day we left. Hopefully we did it right! We tried to leave it clean, except for dirty towels....

"Right off the beaten path, really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Realto vapareto stop, but felt like you in the backstreets of Venice. Couple great little restaurants at your doorstep plus a wonderful gelateria around the corner. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen, lots of clean towels and decent beds. The second bedroom is a bit smaller than the pictures make out, but we had two kids, each in their own single bed so it worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay here again."
