“I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to……

“Staff at the bar not helpful, Coffee machine was broken at multiple times so hard to get coffees,espresso and hot water for tea. Staff at the bar not polite and it seems they needed more staff to serve crowd especially on the weekend. Lines at the bar too long and only bar serving the whole hotel. Very poor quality of drinks. Staff had excuses for almost every request at the bar.”

“Room was very spacious with a separate kitchen/dining, living room and bedroom. The amenities are great too - an amazing gym, lap pool and a rooftop restaurant! Nice short walk to the beach. Perfect location for a surfing holiday and reasonably priced. ”

“Kibayo made me remember the times I use to stay in my grandparents country side in the Dominican Republic, Ramona was the best service and the young lady after Ramona I forgot her name . But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. The owner tia I i believe was his name and macho were very nice too very heart warming.”
