Welcome to 6202 Casa Sue!

This ocean front newly renovated two bedroom condo is nestled on the cliffs of Misiones and only minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The ocean view is stunning and whale watching from November to April can be enjoyed on the deck, either on the lounge chairs in the early morning sun or in the evening on the sunset sectional couch. A wet bar on the deck, mini fridge, and stainless steel barbeque are just some of the wonderful features, not to mention the 75 inch Smart TV in the living room with YouTube TV and wireless internet. The kitchen is beautifully designed with copper sinks, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, the fridge includes an ice maker and filtered water.

The resort offers two beaches; Monument beach is ideal for the experienced surfer and Cabo Ballo beach is ideal for snorkeling, collecting sea treasures or just relaxing and sun tanning. Two beautiful pools, one looking out to the ocean and the other features a swim up pool bar. Casa Sue has everything you need to make your holiday perfect; snorkeling gear for two, sun chairs, sun umbrella for the beach, cooler and beach towels. Just bring the Corona and you are all set for the day!

The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, its own private bathroom, and patio doors leading to the deck. If this is a working holiday, then you will have access to WIFI for any work related items that you may need to do. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a large window looking out to the ocean. The condo has a newly installed air conditioner, stainless steel appliances, including dish washer and lots of gadgets for cooking or making your favorite margarita! Costco and Wal-Mart are all located less than a mile away and a mini-mart is just minutes away at the front of Misiones. In home Chef and Spa services are available for the pampered life style.

My wife and I decided to try something new instead of our usual resort on Medano beach. This place truly hit all the marks. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, large two bedroom two bath unit, and the most spectacular view from a very large patio/balcony. It has a large sectional, table, BBQ, and two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves. You are so close to the ocean that at night you can fall asleep listening to the waves. The only 2 things I would change is having more than the one TV in the living room and more lounge chairs at the pool. The description says you can use other pools but we didn’t see any that had lounge chairs. Great swim up bar with really good drinks and food. Very reasonable prices! We will definitely return.

Heaven On Earth
We had such an amazing experience. Absolutely loved Casa Sue. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is spectacular. We found it so peaceful and were out there on the patio every single day sometimes before sunrise other times after midnight. Both beaches were incredible enjoyed the quiet without all the vendors and such. The pools were so relaxing and the bar/grill served wonderful food and drinks. We loved watching the whales, the hummingbirds and many other species. Rodrigo and Pablo were absolutely fantastic and amazing they went above and beyond in their service. They treated us just like family and we consider them to be now. I would love to host them one day in Kentucky. Daniel and Luiz both also were so fantastic. There was nothing we wanted for they did not assist us to get. Thanks to Kristen as well she made sure everything went smoothly with the entire booking process. Also would love to thank the ladies that were there when we arrived making sure our condo was spotless. They did a wonderful job and were so sweet. We loved staying with you all at Casa Sue and will definitely return one day again. We had an incredible vacation that I can’t imagine we will ever surpass. Your resort is nothing short of stunning. Thank you all for everything. Again thank you so much my 50th birthday was fantastic!!! Until next time...

Relaxation with a view
Wonderful Condo and an even better view. My wife and I really enjoyed the outside balcony. Would definitely return again. Condo was just as described. There was an issue with main shower which we were advised of before arrival but was not an issue since there are 2 bathrooms. Everything else was perfect. CPM was very helpful with all of my request prior to arrival.

Phenomenal
There is little I can add to what has already been said about this exceptional property. The location is superlative, the views breathtaking, the unit marvelous and the care from the management company great. Everything noted on the VRBO site is accurate. There are not enough gold stars to put on this unit. We had a great time. One should know that a car is a must or you will be paying a lot for taxi service to get around. Plus, there is a wonderful pool at the complex but the beach is not for a swim: the water is cold and the area rocky. But such is minor. It is a great spot.

Views to die for at Casa Sue
We’ve stayed in Misiones the past 4 years but it was our 1st time at Casa Sue. Everything we needed was provided during our stay. We loved the view and spent most of our time on the spacious deck watching our favorite thing- breaching whales! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the overall space of the condo. Juan was very attentive to all our requests and Kristen always makes the whole process go so smoothly. We love Casa Sue and have already booked our stay for 2025!

Great location and view
My self and sister and spouse stayed in the condo. We had a wonderful time. We spotted the whales from the balcony the first day and every day thereafter. It was great! The balcony was a great spot with a great view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The two bedrooms were just right for the 4 of us. The bathrooms had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, but needed a broom or mop as we were there for two weeks. The staff at the complex were wonderful and very helpful through out the visit. Instead of using an Uber, we were able to reserve transportation from Pablo at the gate, which was great since we choose not to rent a car. The Cabo Mangement helped us with transportation to the airport and with some great suggestions. We tried the grocery delivery and it worked awesome. We would definitely go back and reserve the same unit.

A wonderful introduction to Los cabos
From beginning to end, our vacation was seamless. Kristin from CPM was very informative and responsive to our inquiries before we arrived. Kristin arranged for round trip transportation with Etzquio from Cabo Pacific Tours. The transfers were smooth and on time and included a stop at a grocery store on the way in. Sergio, the on site CPM manager was wonderful to deal with and again was attentive to all of our of needs. The condo itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor living space was beyond what we expected. You have an unsurpassable view of the Sea of Cortez and can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The condo was very clean, quiet and private. We enjoyed the poolside restaurant. The staff was enjoyable to interact with and the food was fresh and well prepared . There are a number of lovely restaurants within walking distance. We tried them all and were very impressed. We would highly recommend this condo.

Great Vacation stay
Cabo Property Management was excellent in everything they did. They made it very easy to schedule excursions and Uber rides.Very supportive staff. The condo and amenities were outstanding. Great location and beautiful views. We were able to capture a couple of whale spouts from our balcony and the waves cresting the rocks were great. Everywhere we dined was excellent and the local Cabo people friendliness puts traveling around the United States to shame. We will definitely be back in 2024-2025.

Cozy Ocean View Condo- Best Value ever!!
We stayed at this lovely and very comfortable condo next door to the The Cape hotel for a wedding. The Condo staff was SO helpful with coordinating rides, groceries and activities. The grounds were clean and safe. And we can't say enough about the bar and pool!!! Prices so so fair. Snorkel and Surf on either side of us. We will be back!! Best VALUE!!

Condo was awesome! Construction was not..
The condo was very large, and will equipped and a wonderful place for our group. The pool bar was awesome and the bartenders were the best. Helped us with things we didn’t know how to do and just enjoyed hanging with them. Security. Wow. Asked us several times per day what room we were in, and it was always when we were leaving or somewhere away from the room. How about a wrist band or something so they can leave us alone to enjoy our stay rather than thinking we were going to go back to the room to find things missing. Every. Single. Day…. Tile chippers going off all morning long directly underneath making it impossible to enjoy the room. Had to just leave couldn’t even hear the Tv when watching it. We have stayed before, and will stay again. Will just hope the next trip is better.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for, something relaxing. The view is amazing, the condo was clean, comfortable and well kept. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home, that says a lot. The pool was our favorite part and we spent a good amount of our time there. Luis at the pool bar was the best, though they were all super polite and hard working. The mango daiquiri was a thumbs up with or without liquor. Ask the front gate to call Felipe if you need an Uber, clean cars and very personable also prompt and reasonable. From top to bottom this condo and all the services they offer get a thumbs up from us.

We love the condo and we loved the ehole complex. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves as well as spending hours down by the pool, or even getting a drink at the swim up bar. The beach is easily accessed by a path and one evening we even walked across the beach to a restaurant on the other side. Located just outside of town, it’s quiet out here, but it’s easy to access everything you need. The main thing is that a car is definitely necessary, but there is plenty of parking for a low fee.

Fantastic property and Location
Thank you for such a great location for our 2023 family vacation! The property was amazing and the pictures are accurate but don't do the view the justice it deserves! We had everything we needed and the location was just perfect, loved how secure it felt, the attention of the property staff and having the pool/bar/food right on sight was awesome. If our travels take us back to Cabo San Lucas we will 100% try to stay at Casa Sue again!
