"This property is concerning. The unit had constant puddles to be hurdled to enter due to ac unit. A dehumidifier in the bathroom had to be emptied frequently. Forced to walk by other units had laundry and flower pots filled with cigarette butts that never moved-maybe occupied by permanent residents? ..."
