“My daughter that we were visiting near there has a severe allergy to strong scents, and we were thrilled to find the room and the reception area scent free! Only smell we could smell was new wood, which doesnt bother her. The staff said they use environmentally conscious cleaning products. Also having windows to open in case there were scents was helpful. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was pretty good unless you have allergies, though they did have almond milk. “Unfortunately I experienced a hot water issue similar to my stay at La Quinta in Plattsburgh NY.I checked in on aThursday after working a 14 hour day and went to shower , no hot water , called the front desk and explained the issue.The following day I went to the front desk and explained to a different front desk clerk the hot water issue and asked to be moved to another room that had hot water,clerk said they were fully booked and would see what he could do,Saturday the third day without hot……
