"This was an amazing stay. If you love the wild and aren't afraid of potentially sharing your room with critters at night, definitely stay here. However, they are not using Vrbo and were not aware that we had made a reservation as a volunteer worker had set up this listing. "Excellent staff and the property is reminiscent of a resort more so than a hotel/stay. Access to beach is extremely easy, attached to the backside of the property, though the beachfront is not 'developed' or 'set up' so do not expect a resort-like sun-chair set up. Excellent location if you want to be away from the hustle bustle of puerto viejo, but still biking distance to get to all the shops and cafes. Fabiano at the front desk, and Rosita for breakfast service, were both absolute delights and extremely helpful :)"
