“This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. “The location of this property was across from the ocean and close to all restaurants and amenities. The breakfast that was included with our booking was excellent. “The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

It was a shame that there was a private event happening and therefore I couldn’t take yoga classes in the glass house which was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. ”

“The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere……

“This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean.……
