Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back.”

“We were unsure whether to choose this hotel, but were pleasantly suprised and pleased we did. The staff were all fab and clearly well trained. Antonia is such a credit to the business as are Sylvia, Diego and Gemma, all whom were very professional and welcoming. “Amagatay is a peaceful oasis in rural Menorca. The hotel and surrounding grounds are stunning. We both felt incredibly relaxed after a spending a couple of days there in the tranquil setting. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff always on hand to help or provide recommendations. My partner had a massage there and said it was one of the best she ever had. “Having stayed at a different Barcelo this one was below par. Complained about tv signal on night 1 and nothing done to rectify for 25 hours, even then it didn't work again the entire time. Complained a 2nd time and still nothing done. Staff were not very helpful. Air-conditioning not working in gym. Disappointed in this compared to our previous stay in lanzarote which was outstanding”
