“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a 20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets. Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful. ”

“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

“The staff were super friendly and the room was great. We had a view of the ocean and it was gorgeous! It was direct access to the beach which was perfect! Many restaurants and cafes were around the hotel as well. The bus station was right by the hotel which made transportation super easy. The buffet breakfast was also great! Overall a perfect stay!!”
