Great location for Giza, especially if you want to be close to the Sphinx gate. The biggest strength of Pyramids Height Inn is definitely the location. It was very convenient for accessing the Giza Plateau, and that made a huge difference for my trip. The view from the area and rooftop atmosphere added to the experience as well. The stay itself was simple and practical, which worked fine for what I needed. If your priority is being near the pyramids rather than luxury, this place does the job well. It was especially helpful as a base for early starts and returning tired after long days in Giza. Overall, I would recommend it to travelers who care most about proximity, convenience, and the experience of staying right by the plateau. Just go with the expectation of a modest stay in a very strong location.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Yoseph, at the Pyramid Heights Hotel. He was extremely accommodating and made sure all our excursions were perfectly organized without ever making us feel rushed. Yoseph went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and safe, even helping to keep scammers and street hassle at bay. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. We stayed a couple of days in February 2025. The location is absolutely wonderful, and is only surpassed by the kindness of the staff. The manager, our « Alibaba », as he jokingly called himself, went above and beyond to make sure that we had wonderful and safe excursions (we hope the baby now lets you sleep!😃), and so did the rest of the staff, including our « million dollar man ».😉 The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, we still remember the excellent egyptian feast we had one night. The view of the pyramids and the of the Sphinx on the rooftop is completely surreal. An amazing stay very affordable. We will definitely be back-Nadine&François, Canada

Staff made this stay very nice and pleasant and enjoyable. Not the best of hotels I’ve stayed in and some lights not working, loose electrical fitting and sockets with missing parts. If I had stayed with family then definitely would have complained but the roof terrance view was amazing.

Der Blick vom Hotel auf die Pyramiden ist atemberaubend. Leider war das Hotel nicht ganz vorne, so dass man keinen Blick auf die Sphinx hatte. Das Hotel selber ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings hatten wir dort einen super Aufenthalt. Personal war überragend. Dachterrasse mit Pool und Whirlpool ist schon was besonderes. Essen war sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel beim nächsten Besuch wahrscheinlich wieder buchen.

comfortable and ideal location

This hotel is ideally situated for the pyramids and sites to visit around Giza. It is not a five star hotel and is basic but is clean and the staff can not do to much for you. Food is good but don't be in a rush as they are a little slow to serve. there are lots of stairs like most of Giza so be prepared. If you have alllergies bring a list in Arabic but double check every time as they tend not to stick to it. finally this hotel is down some back streets, even taxi drive had trouble finding it

Unparalleled service

The downside of this stay is the entire area it is in is very dirty The upside is that if you want a view of the Pyramids right from the rooftop lounge that you have to see to believe - this hotel has it (attached pictures are shot from this hotel rooftop) I have never experienced better service in my life - and I travel quite a bit...the owner is obsessed with making sure you are taken care of. Again - the area is not for everyone - you need to be adventurous to stay in this area - and although dirty and packed with people who want to try to sell you stuff - we did find it to be safe

Best place to stay in Giza

If you are going to stay at the giza area this is the best place to stay. We stay at their new place called "House of life" the place is great , brand new , when you open the lobby door is like you are in other place. The room was great , the personnel very helpful and friendly. The owner Muhamed is a very nice person, treat us like family . The place at 4 minutes walk from the pyramids entrance. The breakfast was great ( full breakfast not continental) the view from the roof top is amazing. We didn't have to pay for the sound and light show because you can see it from the roof top area.
