"I would highly recommend this villa! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cala Santanyi beach. Susanne the property manager was very responsive with her comms pre/mid/post stay for everything we needed for checkin and queries during our stay. It is a really well equipped property, with great kitchen supplies and fab to have the outside BBQ too. We will be back"

"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

"Nice place to stay in middle of all nice beaches that can be reach by in 20 or 50 minutes. The house is clean and has everything you need, the supermarket is (Hipercentro) is just 5 minutes."

The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.Sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Blick auf die Bucht von Palma mit dem herrlich blauen Wasser und dem Panorama der Stadt. "The staff are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here although I wouldn't recommend using the steam sauna. It's outdated, has a moldy smell and the paint is peeling. The tiled area in the sauna area could use a refresh. Other than that the rooms were clean, updated and the beds were comfortable. "
