“Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion.
