“Condo was clean and comfortable would stay again ”

“Clean, up to date, the breakfast nice fresh and well stocked, clean property. Close to restaurants and other things. ”

“Indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. They both had lazy rivers. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was ocean front. Parking was across the street but easily accessible ”

We really like this hotel has nice pools located on the ocean and walking distance from a lot of restaurants. It does need some upgrading. It is an older hotel but it doesn’t bother us as the staff is phenomenal.”

“I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. They’ve even removed the paper checkout process. To top it off, the construction……

“First room we received was horrible, stains on couch, bed and curtains. We had a standard two bdrm on north tower. The king bed also had 2 big lumps on opposite sides of bed like someone had been sleeping there forever. Outdated furniture. Also stains on ceiling. When we went to address the issues the clerk Kevin immediately resolved the isuues without hesitation. He simple have us another room that was like night and day in the south tower. This one was cleaner and brighter. I hate that you……
