The staff was always extremely nice and accommodating. The balcony was nice even though it wasn't an oceanview, my daughter watched the amusement park and was very entertained. Clean. It was nice to have a good sized freezer too!

Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. Outside areas were clean and well cared for. This was our 4th time staying at peppertree and I haven't been disappointed either time. I love the ocean view from the condo and I love the fact that it's right on the beach. It's also very convenient to everything. The patios are a little small and the upstairs air conditioner was dripping down on ours but not a big deal. We just love Pepper Tree by the Sea. Hope to stay there again many times in the future.
