"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"We very much enjoyed a 5 day stay in this spacious and well equiped villa, ideally located for various activities such as hiking in south eastern Calabria."

"The host never responded to multiple messages in the vrbo app, nor did they answer when we called, or when vrbo customer support called. Following no response after the check in time, vrbo cancelled the stay for us and we rebooked elsewhere. Vrbo was great, but it wasn't fun having to find accommodations last minute."

"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."

"A wonderful house, the photos don’t do it justice! We were 2 families of 4 and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views, good pool and very comfortable (and thankfully air conditioned!) bedrooms. The house is about 10 mins (drive) from a super beach and 25 mins from Tropea. The agents Enticoa Travel were very helpful. Note, a car is definetely needed and the roads are quite winding but not a problem."

"Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...
