“The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)……

“We stayed at hotel 3 for one night, they gave us a ground floor room and it was okay for one night, parking is very good and the gate is opened 24 hrs, and I saw big rats and rabbits running around in the car park 3 times, maybe the hotel rubbish is not probably stored. Shower curtain is white but the bottom seams have turned yellowish (rather disgusting), so I would suggest using grey curtain to hide the yellow stains created by shampoo & shower gel. “The room was very small and very stuffy. It had a musty smell when we arrived, however, opening the window helped get rid of the smell a little. The hotel surroundings were lovely but the room itself was not. I certainly wouldn't have liked to be staying any longer than one night. It was only £80 for the one night stay, so I didn't expect much, it was clean, but it wasn't comfortable. Acceptable for somewhere to lay your head, but nothing more.”
