This property more than deserves a 5 star rating on service quality. Phenomenal customer experience. Jagruti (property manager) is one of the friendliest and efficient manager i have come across. Area around the propert may not the best but the property itself makes the stay enjoyable and relaxed.

The Acron Waterfront Resort has it all -- great location, super helpful staff, lovely restaurant, and well kept grounds and facilities. We had a wonderful time staying here for 6 nights. The location is perfect because it's only a 10 - 15 minute walk to Baga beach and yet it's quiet and peaceful if you prefer to hang out by the pool. It's easy to arrange day trips to South Goa and other beaches around Goa. Everyone at the Acron is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for...

We stayed in the hotel during the last week of April which is an off season for Goa as there are very less travelers (Indian and Foreigners both). The hotel was barely booked but the staff was still very alert, attentive and responsive in our needs during our stay. It was a complete homely experience for us during each and every encounter with the staff. Johnson the GM inquired about our stay almost everyday and the Bartender/Breakfast Server Babuli made sure we had everything what we asked for....

This place is awesome. It's brand new, amazing condition. Best hotel I've been to in India. The food was good and the service was great too. It's only a five minute walk to the beach and all the beach shacks/restaurants. I really enjoyed just spending the day by the pool relaxing in the peaceful surrounds. Exactly what I needed.

The customer service was excelllent. The hotel was clean and the food was fabulous. Deeksha the female chef was attentive and made us a special dish. Our group of 7 was cared for wonderfully!

Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

Our stay at casa goa was fantastic, their stay was nice and helpfull and the room was in good condition. the best part about the room was the shower and the bed, both of them were Heaven and the pool side view was also good, was a little disappointed with the hotel WiFi as it was extremely slow but fine for using a messaging app

Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is located in a neighborhood not in the resort areas of Goa. Many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was clean and enjoyable.

Good hotel located about 10 mins drive to Baga beach and other beaches nearby tucked away in a peaceful environment on a Forested hillock . All rooms are Very spacious and large being built in suite style with all amenities provided . Rooms include a fully functional Kitchen and are very comfortable with a living room and bedroom . Great for large families and with kids . Good swimming pool , buffet breakfast and Food quality is excellent . Overall , A very relaxing and comfortable stay . ...

Great small hotel in good location. Near anything you need if only just a nice walk in Malaga.
