The location is great and the lodge areas are well kept. It was great that one of the bedrooms have a sink given there is only 1 bathroom. I would book to stay again. The only negatives really are that the size of the fridge was tiny and was only really suitable for putting milk and a few other small items. We had to keep a lot of our food in a cool box we had thankfully brought with us. Lovely accomodation. Perfect for a family break. Just over a mile to walk into town. Nice playpark which would definitively keep U12s occupied for hours behind the lodges. We stayed in the Log Cabins, they were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Alan, the Estate Manager, was welcoming and helpful. The lodge was a little chilly when we arrived but soon heated up when we switched the heating on. Great size and well equipt.
