The welcoming service was great, the room and bathroom are spacious enough, and the location is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and where all the shops/restaurants are. "The place was perfect. The host available for all my issues. I arrived to find one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on with amazing comfortable linens and towels. The hotels was very close to the airport. The bakery downstairs opened early with great food. The only thing I could have would have liked was bottled water."

"A former convent that has been carefully and tastefully designed providing modern rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only suggestion for improvement would be to monitor housekeeping performance (e.g. ensuring lights in working order, shampoo bottle in shower refilled when empty, amenities for 2 people if a double room is selected). Location should be better described (i.e. Albino in the outskirts of Bergamo a good 10+ km away from the city centre."

"Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, room décor beautiful and comfortable, architecture and design thoughtful and interesting. Breakfast buffet was sparse, yet what was available was arranged nicely. The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. Overall this is an extremely well done hotel with many special touches which make you feel pampered!"

"Wow, Wow, Wow. What a place to stay. We were met by Sabrina the host, nothing was too much trouble. The room and its view is something you can normally only dream of. Stunning. There were many little extra touch like cakes, milk, coffee biscuits etc available to us. It’s only a 300m walk into the town, where there are a few bars and restaurants, but it’s also where you can catch the ferry to anywhere on the lake. "The hotel looks brand new, spotless clean. Beautiful rooms . Only stayed 1 night and left at 4:45am so never got to try the breakfast. We got there around 1 I think and was allowed to check in right away as the room was ready. It's about a 15 min walk to the airport terminals, around a bike path. From there you can catch the bus to the center bus terminal in Milan, 12 euros each. Friendly,helpful , pleasant staff a great place for a family to stay. 10/10.👍"

"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "
