"Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good."

"I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!"

"Older building, cracks, uneven surfaces, loose facet, noisy fan/ac, gap under doorway, dusty (chair, desk, dresser)... beds were clean, plenty of bedding, firm mattress and thick pillows.
