I really liked the location. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and safe for families with kids. There is a large swimming pool, and everything is nearby. Our shower wasn’t working, but they fixed it very quickly.

The building was newly renovated, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Although everything was clean our room had a very bad order (wet sheet rock, sewage) , they attempted to remedy it but after a day the smell creeped back up.

Our suite was very nice but lacked little things which would have improved our stay. There wasnt one full length mirror anywhere in the 2 bedroom suite and no mirrors in any bedrooms. The kitchen area needs a proper tin opener and bottle opener, also a utensil for frying eggs etc. There is nowhere to drain dishes etc after washing up and only 1 teatowel to dry straight away so it was soaked for next few hours. Its just little things that would be so helpful to tourists visiting.

到着が16時頃でしたがチェックインはとてもスムーズでフロントの方の対応も親切で良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクにフレッシュジュースをいただきました。初めに通されたお部屋は1階で（日本の2階）したがバルコニー前の眺望が良くなかったので4階の部屋に変えてもらいました。4階のお部屋は眺望が素晴らしく、お部屋も綺麗にリノベーションされており、バスルームも綺麗でエアコンも効いて大変快適でした！ プールも毎朝綺麗に清掃されており快適です。朝食も色々な種類のビュッフェがありとても美味しいです！ぜひスパニッシュオムレツを作ってもらってください。とっても美味しいです！ ビーチまですぐですし、お土産屋さんもレストランもたくさんあります！ レンタカーで来ましたが、ホテルの裏に駐車場があります。空港から車で20分くらいで、その他観光地も1時間以内で行けるのでとても便利です！リノベーション中のホテルなのでお部屋によって口コミが賛否ありますが、リノベーションされたお部屋は素晴らしいです！

Första rummet vi fick var bottenplan. Jättefint och nyrustat rum men några meter utanför balkongen var ett stort ventilationsrör eller liknande som lät illa. Utsikten var en vägg mot baksidan av en restaurang 5-10 m från balkongen. Vi fick efter diskussioner byta rum till våningen ovanför som var något bättre då vi åtminstone inte såg det stora ventilationsröret och ljudet lät inte. Priset var inte värt den så kallade utsikten. Personalen var väldigt bra och tillmötesgående dock. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra och jag kommer gärna tillbaka, dock kommer jag boka havsutsikt nästa gång.
