"Lovely apartment on a quiet street, a short walk to the historic center. Spotlessly clean and well supplied. A charming lady owner who signed us in, offered much local advice and checked us out. The apartment is “vertical” – one bedroom on the ground floor, the other two flights up (pretty wooden stairs), the living room and kitchen between them. We loved it, but this would not be for someone with mobility issues. Once again, we had a wonderful stay!"

"This house provided all that our family of ten needed for our reunion in Seville. Bed space was ample. The modern kitchen was outfitted well for our needs, and the modern bathrooms were spacious. The roof-top terrace not only provided space to relax and unwind after busy days, its views gave a good perspective on the neighborhood. Near restaurants, shops, and attractions, our stay in this old section of Seville met all our expectations."

"We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local supermarket too. We would love to return thank you very much!"

There is no oven only electric hob, the light on the swimming pool needed fixing which Jose probably did when requested, also the TV was having some antena issues and the image would come and go even after Antonio tried to fix it . Unfortunately there is a really loud noise from a busy road just behind the house, that was a bit upsetting as we wanted some peace and quiet. The fridge gives you electric shock if you touch the side. The house does have air conditioning witch is a bonus...

"This home was stunning! Check in was easy and the host had many good reccomendations for places to see and eat. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). The little rooftop terrace was a wonderful little bonus. Would love to return someday."

"We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite on the 4th floor, and I would highly recommend this hotel! The suite was spacious and very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Some wonderfully thoughtful touches included juice and coffee pods each day, and the use of laundry machines, including laundry soap and fabric softener. Although the weather didn’t allow many days around the pool, the area was very clean and there was plenty of room to accommodate many guests. "

"Spacious, decorated studio with a sizable kitchen that probably has never been used. Large bathroom also. Comfortable king-size bed, great linens. The Murillo group has several properties in central Sevilla, and check-in was NOT at the premises, but a few blocks away. The hotel sends a worker with the guests to walk to these suites, since central Seville is mostly, but not entirely, pedestrian. The suites are a stone-throw away from the Giralda and the Royal Palaces. "

"It was a wonderful stay for us. The apartment location was amazing! A short walk to most of the main tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean, but could use a bit of minor maintenance, not a deal breaker. Not the fault of the apartment, but we learned to keep the windows closed as there were a fair amount of mosquitoes that came in when we opened them for only a couple minutes."
