“staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities……

“The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.”
