"The hotel is located in an easily accessible area that is close to different hiking trails and close to Tanah Rata. My husband and I joined the jungle trekking organized by the hotel and we had done Trail 10 with a guide who is super informative teaching us all kinds of plants in the jungle. It’s worth doing that.
The best part of our 4 nights stay is our massage in their Spa. We had a 30 mins tea bath first followed by a Malay massage. The service is very good and the massage is almost the best we had in the past few years experiencing different massage in the resorts in Phuket, Danang, Bintan Island and Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, the spa environment is quite noisy, as it is situated near the staff motorcycle parking area and close to the main road, with no soundproofing in place."
